Strength and Conditioning
Preseason Strength & Conditioning Boot Camp
This four 4-week one-hour clinics limited to 15 players, will teach players the strength training exercises and drills used by college players. This program will be taught by Former Springfield College player and Certified Personal Trainer, Danielle Spiro, left. Players will be guided through circuit training stations and drills. Extra focus will be placed on softball specific movements and needs along with:
- Core stability
- Rotational strength
- Leg drive and explosion
- Shoulder pre-hab (prevention of shoulder injuries)
- Flexibility
- Increase in overall strength
Saturdays from 1-2pm. Feb. 27, Mar. 6, 13, 20
Cost is $100 and $85 for Members
